This is a FREE NHS service to help you get the most from your medicines. The pharmacist will discuss with you all your medicines (including non-prescription). They will give information on the medicines you are taking to include: uses/when to take/side effects/dosages etc. Please call in or telephone to make an appointment.

This is a FREE NHS service to help you when you start treatment with certain medicines/types of medicines. Currently this list includes medicines for asthma and COPD, type 2 diabetes, antiplatelet/anticoagulant therapy and those for hypertension. The pharmacist will give information on the medicines you are starting to include: uses/when to take/side effects/dosages etc. with further checks over the following weeks to see how you are getting on with them

During our opening hours we will be able to provide a dispensing service for your NHS prescription, whether it is from your Doctor, Dentist, Hospital or Prescribing Nurse. In addition we dispense private prescriptions. We have a fully computerised patient medication records system, which stores all your medication records and alerts the pharmacist to possible drug interactions. Naturally, information held about patients is confidential and covered by the Data Protection Act. In the unlikely event that we do not have a particular drug in stock, usually we will obtain it for you the same day, or the next day.

Make life easier for yourself and let us order your prescription on your behalf. Simply let us know what repeat medicines you need, a few days before they run out, either in person, by phone, fax or email and we will arrange to collect it from your GP surgery in Cirencester. When we have collected your prescription it will be dispensed and waiting for you to collect at the pharmacy. We also provide a FREE local home delivery service.

We all know smoking is very harmful to our health but giving up can be hard. We have Accredited Smoking Advisors in our pharmacy and can give you counselling about stopping smoking. We can also issue NHS vouchers which enable you to obtain anti-smoking products from the pharmacy such as nicotine replacement patches, gum and nasal sprays. People who pay for prescriptions pay the NHS charge for the voucher. If you are exempt from prescription fees you do not need to pay. We stock a wide range of nicotine replacement therapies.

We offer a smoking cessation service funded by the NHS but it does not include Champix. We can supply Champix without a prescription via a private service.

We offer a full travel service in our clinic. The Clinic offers the following vaccinations: Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis ACWY Vax, Tick-Bourne Encephalitis, Cholera, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Typhoid and a complete list of anti-malarial medication. We are also a YELLOW FEVER CENTRE.
